Continental Breakfast was excellent as was the dinning room. The staff were always pleasant. Great location to see Paris from and local eateries were mostly 5 star or better.

Great location..walkable neighborhood and near metro and train stations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!!

Great location and fine for a few nights. We had a triple which had plenty of space and it was nice for our child to sleep in a real bed, not a pull out sofa. Room condition was a little beat up and our bathroom was not cleaned well. The AC was strong and they provided water during the heat wave. Breakfast was good and not crowded.

Handyman left the bedroom with out finishing his job to close shower

I enjoyed the location the most. The staff are nice but not very helpful. Bed and bedding are not comfortable.

The room was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials. The bathroom was a really good size and the shower was working well. Well placed items like sockets and mirrors. Room had a street view which was really nice, not. Not noisy at all. Didn’t pay for breakfast but found lovely boulangerie/pattiseries locally serving fresh delicious food and drinks…perfect!

It is a good hotel for the location and price range. But we had some inconveniences with one of the receptionists. We asked them to check on the AC because it seems not to be working. She gave us a bad attitude like and said she was going to send someone. We told her we could sleep the first night in that room if she was sending someone next morning. (It wasn’t too hot so for us wasn’t a problem that first night) Next day we left in the morning and they were supposed to send someone to fix it while we were outside. (This next day the temperature outisde was warmer so we will need the AC) we came back and asked if they fixed it and she said yes (again giving us a bad attitude as if we are not paying for it) the room was way too hot so we called her and told her it wasn’t fixed. She when up in the room to check. Giving us a bad face. Then she want us to down grade to another room. We said not because that’s was not what we paid for. Then she was on the phone with someone and gave us another room which was like the one we paid for (but AC working). PD. The rest of the staff was great and welcoming. I don’t remember her name but she is tall and black.

The location is very good, the breakfast was not so good compare with my stayed here 2 years ago, the staff is very kind and the room are ok just for rest after all day walking around Paris. In overall is a very good hotel.

Compare with my previous stay 2 years ago, The internet was not working for the first 3 days due a blackout in the area. Breakfast was
