Perfect Old town location right on the long market. Easy to find. Quiet. Good ac and lift. The staff made arrangements for taxi to and from airport. Comfortable bed.

Location is right in the centre so very convenient. But the room was pretty much like a travel lodge, nothing special. IKEA furniture, couldn't open the window fully as desk was in the way. Shower mixers didn't work properly, TV didn't work for two nights, room was not thoroughly cleaned , toiletries were very basic. And even though it stated on the website as having heating ,it didn't. Not even the towel rail. One day it was 15 and rained all day. So the lady on reception tried to be helpful and kind but there wasn't much she could do.

Fantastico
The staff was polite and helpful in arranging for a very early morning taxi to the airport. The best location dead center in the middle of Old Town’s exciting vibe with cafes, bars and venders. You can keep your windows open to see and hear the hustle and bustle or close them for a remarkably quiet experience.

Lovely clean room and although location was perfect due to us facing Main Street very noisy the whole night. Reception unmanned several times during our stay too. However would recommend this hotel for location and value for money

Lovely hotel blending into the Gdansk Old Town. Wonderfully comfortable room. Excellent and helpful staff. Superb buffet breakfast. Would stay at Fama Residence again in a heartbeat.
