The hotel was so clean and tidy. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is in central location. The staff was so friendly, helpful with great smile on everyone faces. I felt home and welcomed all the time. I will stay in it during my next visit to Egypt. I recommend it to all my friends.

The lobby is clean and tidy but after that the hotel is in need of a very deep clean. Hallway carpets, walls, room floors and bathrooms are all very dirty.
The staff were polite and chatty, no issues there.

Hotel location was ideal for our trips. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels. If ever back in Cairo would consider staying there again.
I would recommend they consider some of the charges, appreciate they are a business and need to make money but also need to look after their customers. For example a taxi to the airport was equivelent to £26, compared to Uber at £5
Otherwise very pleasant safe stay
