We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent—just a 4-minute walk from the train station and only 2 minutes from the bus stop, making it easy to get around. The free Wi-Fi worked great, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

One elevator broken and it took forever to get up or down. AC doesn’t go below 22 degrees Celsius which is about 72 F, you will not sleep comfortable at this temperature. You will have better options around the area.

Hotel was great. Near train station, just a seven minute walk. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and AC works amazing. Would go back.

An outstanding hotel! Everything—from the customer service and amenities to the cleanliness and location—was exceptional. I’m so glad I chose to stay here. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location near Venice Mestre. Can get the bus number 2 into Venice. Bus tickets for return to Venice can be purchased at the ticket office at Venice Mestre train station (opposite bus stops) from staff inside. The return bus ticket is given in format of a card (1 card per person), you need to tap the card for each bus journey (machines on bus). Hotel wise, everything clean and staff helpful! Air con worked, can adjust yourself. Hotel room had a coffee machine with pods for machine (Lavazza) provided. You can ask for milk at main reception. Unable to comment on breakfast as did not get this. Fridge big enough to store things in. Cheapish food store close by called Interspar Supermercato Interspar Mestre Torino

The apartment is spacious and very elegant. A lot of money and care was put into creating this high level of decorating and comfort. The beds are terrific, the towels are new and very nice, and the kitchen is well stocked. It's convenient having 2 bathrooms, plus the washer and dryer which also worked very well. We arrived during the "heat dome" in Europe; the apartment was hot and took a while to cool down. After that, it remained very pleasantly cool during our 3-night stay. The master bedroom has its own ductless AC; the rest of the apartment is cooled from the living room. Note the 2nd bedroom doesn't have direct AC, it cools down by leaving the double wide doorway open to the living room,. That might be a privacy issue when it's hot. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the main square. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.
