The hotel is clean and very conveniently located — literally across terminal 3 and car rental. Staff were welcoming and willing to help. The on-site restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner both of which have plentiful options. However, as many others have pointed out already, the AC in the room does NOT work. It was very uncomfortable in the room and it became very hot after we took showers in the bathroom. The hotel staff tried to help us my shifting us to another room. The other room was only slightly more bearable because we didn't take run the hot water in the bathroom. This badly affected our much needed sleep before catching an early morning flight. Would we stay here again? Probably not.
