Location was excellent and convenient within city Staff very cooperative Flat was good but no dinning table . Over all it was really good . Good value of money

Very bad experience. The hotel is not clean, the bed is full of dust and also uncomfortable. No services at all, and a lot of noise made the stay terrible. Not recommended.”

Good location in downtown Salalah. Also not too far away from the airport and the bus station. Also reasonably priced too.

This place is an absolute disaster and should be avoided at all costs, especially if you're traveling with family. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. First off, there is NO room service provided, which is simply unacceptable. For two whole days, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we approached the reception about this, we were met with rude and dismissive behavior. They had the audacity to tell us that the staff was too busy to clean our room. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their guests. Basic amenities like plates, spoons, or even proper towels? Forget about it. We were left to fend for ourselves in what was supposed to be a service apartment. We booked the property for 5 people and there were only bed for 4 people, when asked for an extra mattress we have been asked for an additional 5OMR charge per day. The cherry on top of this disaster was the parking situation. There is NO parking available at the hotel. They instruct you to park on the roadside, which is both unsafe and completely inconvenient. The whole experience was a complete letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s clear they don’t care about their guests or maintaining even basic standards. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else, where your comfort and safety will actually matter.

Staff was supporting but appliances and the furniture was in terrible condition. TV was not working. There was no door in the bathroom for taking shower etc

Location of the property was good, many restaurants and shops around. Easy to move out of city for visiting famous locations. Airport is near. Cleaning and maintenance of the property definetly needs improvement.

Everything was nice in the hotel, except that there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel corridors as well as the rooms, but the staff cooperated with us and they were perfuming the place on a daily basis
