As I said in another review for this hotel, I have been here for about 6-7 weeks in total. I had such a great experience here such that I felt that I own them a detailed review. Each review on Orbitz is limited to 1500 characters, so I continue my review here.
In another review, I mentioned that their service is very good. What I mean is that everyone in the hotel does their job nicely. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are greeted by the doorman. The front desk staff are very helpful, so does the restaurant waitresses and housekeeping staff. It's just the right amount, you won't feel over or under served for everything.
Another thing I would highlight is that the hotel is very family friendly. I saw a lot of guests are families with kids. The kids enjoy their playground at the restaurant, a children's room next to the gym, and the swimming pool.
I would also mention that you can enjoy the beautiful skyline of Surabaya both from the hotel room and at the swimming pool on the roof.
Highly recommended.
