Our stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was for four days. Breakfast on the 16th floor was good and catered for all travellers. The hotel location was central, next to Chinatown and close to most must-see Manila attractions. The hotel shuttle service (leaving at 9 am and 11 am and return pickups in the afternoon) was on time and convenient, and took us to the Museum and Intramuros. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants, ATMs, and malls (such as Lucky Chinatown, 999, and 168). The room was comfortable. Some mould in the bathroom. The air conditioner worked effectively.
Of particular note was the friendliness of the staff from reception, breakfast and security door staff. Of special mention is Edward (Front Office Supervisor) on the reception ground floor. His advice on what to see in Manila, the cost of transport, his approachability and his general level of customer service were extremely noticeable. Many thanks, Edward!
