I was staying in this hotel many times during the last 5 years and always got excellent reception, continuous support, and assistance. Just recently, I got the room without a desk, while I had to work a lot on the computer for business. The lady at the reception (too bad I didn't get her name) managed to upgrade me to a room with a desk, which helped me a lot. The excellent Japanese restaurant - Kato, at the lobby, and the spa were always a nice addition to the positive impressions of being their guest.

Just a nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Nice to have the spa attached to it.

I had a great experience with the staff and the facilities. I had trouble connecting to the wifi and they were helpful to me to to get online.

Great stay, will be back again!
