After a very unfortunate experience checking into another hotel, we ended up finding this hotel at the last minute, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. They checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and their customer service really stood out.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Breakfast was hearty, delicious, and offered plenty of variety, making it a great way to start each day.
This is a fantastic mid-range hotel that delivers excellent value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and if we’re back in Colorado Springs, it will definitely be our first choice. Thank you to the entire team for turning what started as a stressful travel experience into such a positive stay!
