No refrigerator in the room and the room was so small compared to the photos.

Staff really nice. My room was perfect . Location a tad out of popular area. However I needed an inexpensive room for one nite. This was perfect. Basically there after long flight to catch up on my sleep.

The room was decent - didn't have a kettle or mini fridge. The bathroom/shower was very good. The breakfast room was soo small, felt very cramped, ok breakfast

The receptionist was charming. The room clean and warm. The bed comfortable. The area around the hotel is dowdy, but safe and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants.

The only thing that was a bit of an issue is the lift/elevator: it's only big enough for one person with one not over-large suitcase, and it can be slow in arriving when called. If your room is on the 5th floor you're likely to need it!

Fantastico Fabulous hotel in a convenient location. Immaculately clean and comfortable, lovely decor. Plenty of options for breakfast. Staff very friendly, we will definitely be back!
