"Free Parking" is just on-street, nothing reserved or secured. No assistance with luggage at checkin. Steep curb, awkward steps to enter lobby. Elevator small but adequate. Receptionist plesant but No English skills. Hotels.com app saved the day. Room was clean, well appointed but the room safe was dead, no batteries. Many signs reminded to use the safe but looked like it had never been used and was just sitting in the closet, unsecured. Easy to pick up and take away! Bed was very comfortable. Much better than most as Vietnam loves rock hard beds! Points for a good bed, clean linens and good pillows.
Toilet sprayer not installed correctly, leaked pretty badly but lucky it did not spray the room and a floor drain was nearby. Good shower and hot water ok. Photo shows doors to a garden balcony overlooking the street. Its there but don't plan to sit, the "balcony" is only 10cm wide? Internet good, Tv with abundant internet content. Skipped the buffet breakfast, too many great Pho' shops steps away for very reasonable!
Quality/Value? Perfectly adequate by Western standards but not 4 star and overpriced by ~$10.00/nite.
