Hospedagem muito boa! Excelente localização, limpa! A única dificuldade foi para acessar a porta de entrada do prédio! Como a área da porta de entrada não pega muito bem a internet, tivemos dificuldade. Mas a Diana foi super atenciosa e nos ajudou com todo o processo!

A acomodação foi satisfatória. Todavia, fomos surpreendidos quando no check-in nos acomodaram em outro apartamento. Quando fizemos a reserva escolhemos um apartamento em localização melhor e mais caro do que a acomodação que nos colocaram. Ligamos e pedimos para que fosse corrigido o equívoco, mas disseram que nao poderiam trocar.

We had a fantastic stay in Florence, and this property significantly contributed to our experience. The apartment is gorgeous, situated in a beautiful building, and the location is unbeatable. It is right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, just a 3-minute walk to the Ufizzi Gallery, a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, and a 15-minute walk to the central station. At night, you are in the heart of all the action, with street performers, cocktails, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is incredibly quiet, clean, and easy to access. Additionally, my husband forgot his wallet at the property, and they immediately contacted us to let us know. We are currently arranging for it to be shipped back to us. This will be our go-to place for our next visit, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

The property was great and so we’re the staff. Bathroom was a little small and it was a struggle preventing water from going everywhere in the shower but all in all, everything else was great.

The property is very close to many sights, was very clean, and the owner communicated very quickly. My one complaint is that air conditioning was advertised, but there was only a small fan and it was very hot.
