Vast improvement on my last stay l, the girls behind the bar were amazing unlike the numpty boys that were there last time I stayed. Air con was an amazing thing to have in the heat also.

The room was tidy and well kept although the TV controls were Dodgy the shower didn’t work and there was no one up to ask why at 7.15

Manager very attentive upgraded rooms because of an issue with air conditioning. Small fridge would have been a bonus but everything we needed in all our rooms, extra water and condiments in hallway. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Restaurant was 10/10. The only disheartening incident was being refused Scottish bank notes, it is legal tender, definitely not the welcome we expected. Scotland is still part of the United Kingdom.

Warmly Greeted by front of house gentleman However the hotel was very dated and in need of an overhaul The stairs and hallway were dirty and scruffy and in need of painting The carpet in the room was old and looking rather dirty Linen was clean and bed was comfortable Shower was dated Seal around the shower was falling off And water pressure was poor

Ideal for one or 2 night stay room only & a pub thare as well do explant food

Hotel area a little tired especially entrance stairs, room was good a bit cold on entry but soon warmed up once I worked out the aircon unit which is explained in a handy instruction guide. Food was very good and the discount for guests was a nice touch

Good place to stay. Only minor down sides were the bar shut at 10pm and they do not do breakfast

it was a pleasant stay hope will come back again.

Pub is very nicely setup and the food is great! Discounted if you have a room also which is a nice touch. Room was clean overall but did smell a little of stale smoke would be my only negative. Also the AC unit diddnt work when I initially turned it on, but it did come on in the night which kept the room nice and cool!
