When you have travelled a fair but in the world, you need to remind yourself that you are here in the province and that mostly locals travel to Batanes and that you pay not much for the accommodation and for this is was a Good 👍 experience. But the cleanliness of the property could improve as everywhere has been dust on the floor and the shower cabin was full a chalk. As I am a vegetarian there was not much to eat for me on the menu but my partner did enjoy the selections. But all team members have been kind and friendly and tried to help As much as they could

The room was very clean, and housekeeping was very quick and helpful. Just to clarify, the 2bedroom suite, is actually a 1br, with a queen bed inside, and 2 single beds where the living room is supposed to be. I was expecting a common area with a living room area, but there was none. Also, there's only 1 toilet and bath. We were 6 adults in the room (with 2 extra beds). There was enough space for everyone. service and free coffee at the restaurant was great!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available. The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere. Coffee was rubbish. The wifi was hopeless to connect. Every day go to the office for a new code. Sometimes twice a day. No mention of cash only till departure checkout! No warning at all! Only one person working in the afternoon. To get a drink you have to go the office and wait for her to come to the bar. The tv was not working when we arrived and again the last night. We had no tv the last night. To get tea or coffee you have to go to the dinning room and find it yourself then take it to your room. First day a blocked drain and a flooded bathroom. I would not ever go back there. Never an apology for anything.

My trip needed to be cancelled and refunded due to the Covid-19 crisis as the Philippines is in lock down without travel. I've been calling Expedia for over a week to speak a customer service representative and have been unsuccessful. I would hope I can have my trip refunded but am unable to speak to anyone from Expedia.
