the room is clean, staff is friendly, hotel is nearby shops, transportation and restaurants
and groceries, no air conditioning but electric fans are provided, it works for us since room temperature and weather temp in June is cool.

Property location was excellent. Not too hard to get to from airport—just a tram ride and 5-10 minute walk. It’s a little tough to get heavy suitcases across the cobblestones but it’s the price I’m willing to pay to be in the old part of the city. Our room did not have an air conditioner but it has 3 fans in it that kept it cool enough in early June.

Ottimo location, cleanliness and staffwere all excellent. Bathrooms are good. No aircon, but plenty of good fans provided.

Staff at Hotel Rössli were friendly and helpful, room was clean and to a very high standard. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, staff at breakfast were helpful. Very central location for old town, making it an excellent base for walking around. Would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Zurich.

The unexpected wake up call due to construction outside the hotel was annoying, not to mention the letter advising water would be turned off for 4 hours. Not necessarily the hotels fault but they had been in contact with me up to check in and this fact was left out, would have been nice to know ahead of time to make other arrangements.
