Room is clean and spa is amazing

Very clean rooms and staff were amazing, breakfast and chef was perfect

Excellente location et personnel chaleureux. Hotel très propre. Nous avons aimé les bains tourbillons et sauna après une longue journée de marche.

The hotel was a short ten min walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The balcony was great. The shower was difficult but better than some that we encountered. We did not eat the attached restaraunt but it was busy.

Great stay

Pleasant surprise. This hotel is smaller but clearly either newer or recently renovated, as it is in excellent condition. We found the front desk staff helpful, the breakfast spread was outstanding and the spa was a nice retreat after skiing. This hotel is everything we needed. If I were to offer constructive criticism, the rooms were smaller than the pictures showed and we had to leave a window open at night as it was very warm. For the price we paid for our rooms, I expected the "hot tub" to be a larger outdoor hot tub (instead of two small jacuzzi baths).

Friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy. Central location.

YES , ALL SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD . EXELENT . THANK YOU.

Thoroughly recommend, attached restaurant also brill. My wife and I made a short list of our fave 3 hotels before deciding, we both had Aristella first. We didn't look at the others and were thoroughly impressed all round.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. I had an excellent stay. The staff was also very friendly.
