Our room was on the top floor, and the internet connection was very weak. I raised this with reception. I didn’t specifically ask to change rooms because we only had one day left of our stay, but no alternative or room change was offered. I was simply told that nothing could be done at the moment and that she would speak to the relevant people. While that may help future guests, it did nothing to improve our stay as current customers.
Another disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as a 3-star property when I booked, but it was actually a 2-star hotel.
The location is convenient for the airport, but it takes around 25 minutes by bus to reach the city centre.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not stay here again.

Fantastico very nice hotel,friendly staff, good rooms,very nice bar and Breakfast,Just need a car as its unsentral,can highly reccomend it and they have good parking space

Lovely, clean, well kept. Good breakfast too and nice staff.
It is a shame the bedrooms do not have temperature control... It was quite warm at night this early September.

Overnight stop having landed late before onward journey.
A great value hotel. Staff polite & professional.
Room & facilities very good.
The hotel is located off a main road but the views overlooking a garden adjacent to the hotel are lovely!!

Good location for quick way of getting out of city and close by to the airport. For 2 starts rating I would say it’s excellent. One thing to suggest is to have an iron available in the rooms.
