The check in was great, I requested an early check in and the management team met my request. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a function we had, within walking distance.

No fans or aircon in the living room. Only an aircon is in the bedroom. Some ants kept coming from the IC stove. A shabby, rusty mirror is hanging in the bathroom. That's not what I expected.

Al di sotto della media The guests in the nearby rooms were banging on the door for a long time at 4am and talking loudly in the hallway which woke me up. Small bugs were on the wall when we were enter the room. Otherwise, it was ok.

Had a lovely stay at a this hotel.
The colonial-style building was full of character, spotlessly clean, and the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and welcoming.
Will definitely return.
