Great location in the heart of a busy area of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again next time we come to Victoria.

We had a great room with a little balcony and a nice view up on the third floor at Swann's Hotel. All was easy from check-in to check-out time - a great stay in Victoria!!!

Plenty of room for our family of 5 it was nothing fancy but having a full kitchen was great for a roadtrip stop. Close to so many downtown Victoria stores and right on the water. The fact that there was no air conditioning wasn't a problem for because we could open windows and there were fans in every room.

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful front desk staff, great pub. Can't go wrong!

The loft condo was really spacious, with a nice view of the harbor. The location could not be better. We slept well, in comfortable beds.

Great helpful staff, very big rooms if you like space. A little dark and dated. But fine for the few nights we stayed.

Prime location for harbor victoria. Staff is excellent. There's a paid parking about 2 blocks from property that's maintained by the city. The building is older and furnishing and interior are basic. You'll have everything you need to be very comfortable and cozy. There's no air conditioning and we styed in the two bedroom suite with the bedrooms upstairs. There's one bathroom downstairs. The window in the living room is lovely for people watching on the busy street.

Who you hire for front desk makes a difference as first impressions. Some of the staff are extremely friendly and personable like the more mature lady with the glasses and some could use some additional training as look miserable at their job like the younger lady on duty. Wasted water when you shower as a lot is just going down the tap making it drain slower. When the shower head is being used water should not also be going down the lower tap.

Great place to stay useful amenities

This hotel is fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location for exploring the city. We are already planning our next trip back!
