everything was horrible

Ok

Everything was awful and dirty

Very disappointing. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom, which appeared poorly maintained and did not feel hygienic. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel, including the common areas and our room, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of this, the toilet and pipes made loud noises approximately every hour throughout the night, constantly waking us up and making it nearly impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. The room was also only stocked with one towel upon arrival. When we asked the receptionist for additional towels, the response was unhelpful and we were made to feel like we were asking for an inconvenience rather than a basic necessity. Most disappointing of all, the property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The images were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and we would not recommend staying here.

L’hôtel a une excellente situation et le terrasse pour déjeuner est extraordinaire. Cependant, les 2 chambres familiales que nous avons eu avaient toutes les 2 de la moisissures dans les salle de bain.

The location is perfect for walking, but tricky to access if by car. Right in the old town and the we had a large room with plenty of space

Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was great, check in/out quick and easy. Roof top was beautiful. In the center of everything. GREAT PLACE.

The hotel was very good and great location! Just heads up regarding parking lot the hotel street is pedestrian’s street.
