The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops in Florence. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night, which made it easy to relax after long days sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. Air conditioning worked well, and the stay was smooth and enjoyable overall.

After climbing the stairs, I was surprised how good, modern and well maintained was the hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Great healthy breakfast! Close to main Florence attractions. Had a wonderful couple of days!

Ottimo Easy walk to shops and historic sites. Bit of a climb up to the desk/rooms but the staff was ever so helpful getting luggage up. Double lock entry made us feel safe. Very busy street—loud-/but OMG, when you close the window, it was sooooo quiet!! Not recommended for older or disabled as stairs may be a big challenge. But room was lovely, staff was kind and breakfast was a treat.

What a little gem! The hotel is in a perfect location; easy walking distance from the main sites and buses, but on a quiet street. My room was on the backside of the building so I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. My bed and pillow were also very comfortable. I was able to check in 30 minutes early which was super helpful. Despite being a very small hotel that isn’t staffed all day, the staff there was wonderful. The hotel is an incredible value and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean. The breakfast is great. Area is walkable to every visit spot, very convenient. Only downside is a lot of stair, good for carry on but not for big luggage.

Breakfast good in lovely setting. Room nice. A/C included. No room safe. Stairs were fine for us but may be issue for others as 4 flights. Good for one night stay, but very limited hotel on one floor of a multi floor apartment complex, so would not want to stay for longer duration. Basic, but functional for what we needed for one night
