Very good location but not too much accessible

Very nice, quiet and spotlessly clean hotel in a great location in the charming historic quarter of Kazimierz, so you can enjoy its special atmosphere, cafés and old streets, while still being within easy walking distance of Kraków Old Town. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after. It was just perfect, and I would happily stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Super cozy place in the heart of the old jewish quarter, very central! The checkin process with a code was very convenient. The room was very nice and super clean, really enjoyed our stay!

Good location. Very olde worlde which may not be to everyones taste. Some may not like having to use code for door and room, but no big deal. Very nice and helpful staff. Bed comfy Room clean and in good irder Toilet/shower a bit on the bijou side😁 Bottled water x 2 a day Tea. Coffee. Cream Fridge Good wifi Didnt try breakfast

Carpets need updating. Had to move the beds to access outlet to charge phones. Close ro Jewish Quarter and less than 1 mile walk to center of Krakow. Very nice toxatoon for food and drinks. A few room updates and this would be a hidden gem.

Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t provided but we could use the hotel Eden next door if required but I would suggest using one of the many cafes.

Fantastic stay with zero issues

Great location in the heart of Kazimierz. The room was very clean. Friendly staff. We dealt with Monica who was very accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

Although the hotel advertises a buffet breakfast is available, there isn't one. It doesn't seem to be a temporary issue because they had a sign up about a restaurant in the neighbourhood where you could go for breakfast. The fridge didn't work. The kettle had some gunky buildup on the spout (the hotel didn't have a spare kettle, we tried to clean it, but couldn't). The curtains weren't wide enough to keep the sun out. It was far too hot in the room and the a/c wasn't turned on (or just didn't work) so the only option was to open the windows, but of course that lets in the noise from the street and nearby food market. The walls are thin, we could hear the person next door using the toilet. The was only 1 tiny nightstand with no electrical outlet nearby to charge your phone. The one good thing about this hotel is the water pressure in the shower was great. One or two little issues can easily be overlooked, but there were just too many issues here. We wouldn't recommend this place.

The room was clean, the cleaners were excellent and staff helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location for old town and river with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and my room was in a very quiet location. Only downside is room amenities were basic and a bit dated
