Stayed for one night and was perfectly functional for a one night stay.
I stayed in a more budget room (105) and the downstairs did have a damp smell but nothing too bad. It was during a heatwave and I can’t speak highly enough of the aircon as i had a better sleep than I’ve had at home for awhile.
The bed was ok, a little hard but as I say slept well.
Had to go 2 floors up for a shower (through reception) which isn’t ideal but just a downside of the budget room. The shower was cold and couldn’t work out the controls but that may have just been me, the cold shower was very welcome that day anyway.
I would reccomend for solo travellers doing a one night stay, probably not for family trips.
The staff were really friendly.

No WiFi but it was a clean room with shower and toilet clean. It’s cheap and you get exactly what you pay for.

Absolutely awful . Avoid at all costs . Details of property are all incorrect. There is no parking can not access on a Saturday as there is a market on . Staff very rude and unhelpful. I Would not even let my dog stay here it’s awful very dissatisfied asked for refund as was that bad and couldn’t stay there to be told no . Just after your money awful definitely avoid at all costs

Very small from start till 2nd nigjt tv was not working one staff mabaged to add 1 chanell pius u tube very nosry loud talking all nigjt first night was not very happy at all.

I read the reviews posted by others and started to regret my choice of booking even before I arrived.
However, the hotel and my room were fine and I don't share the views expressed by other reviewers.
My room had a refrigerator and ensuite facilities and a kettle (but no teabags or cups)
I enjoyed a couple of good night's sleep.
I was never asked to leave my key at reception every time I went out as suggested by other reviewers. There was a sign saying that there was a £50 charge for lost keys- I don't have a problem with that.
The room had free Wi-Fi and I felt safe in the surrounding area.
I'd happily book again. My only reservation is their no refunds policy. This can be off-putting if you are wanting to be flexible about how long you are staying.

Ottimo Room is ok., its in basement but not bad. Hot water came without interruptions. Room heating good. Internet patchy., very limited network. Difficult to work from room. There were some sounds of people arguing. It was ok overall for the price.

This “Hotel” was terrible. 1st of all when we entered the Hotel the receptionist was arguing with a customer. Secondary this hotel was closer to a crack house due to the wallpaper was pealing off the wall, the carpet was stained with black marks everywhere, the kitchen area had nothing at all, the cupboard doors were off the hinges and left to the side. The insects and bugs were disgusting they were in our room and in the lobby. The amount of arguments we heard during our 1 night stay was terrible the environment was not welcoming or safe what so ever. AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY
