The check-in staff took a long time and they wouldn’t let me check in because my maiden name on was the reservation and was different from my ID, so that took awhile. There were ants in the room and the bathroom. The breakfast was not great.

Convenient. Clean. Staff was friendly. Bkfst was nice.

Will never stay there again. There was a rat running around. The breakfast is not that great with a small amount to choose from. Never enough of one item because it is gone even though it is one hour from breakfast time. You will need to ask for fitted sheets and sheets for the pull out couch because it is not provided unless requested. The carpets, floors and bath tubs are dirty. The curtains are outdated and falling apart. The A/C is not connected to all wall units. Not enough towels for a room that sleeps 6. Have to request more every time you need to change towels. Room service takes forever and most of the cleaning staff did not understand English. They were very pleasant though and tried their best to understand. The pool was not tended too. The walls were dirty and there were bugs and leaves everywhere. The one sun cover umbrella was broken and it fell over on one of us. The hot tub was broken with a yellow caution tape around it. There is only one outdated washer and dryer in the laundry room that has no air conditioning and it feels like a sauna. Also get quarters with cash from the front desk because no cards are acceptable to get quarters. The morning breakfast staff are very friendly and try to accommodate with whaat they are provided with to feed the crowd. Very disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of care when asked for towels to be sent up to the room and no one appeared the following time the staff member told us to go to the from desk to get some.

We had to change rooms. Our itial room had old food containers in the mini fridge, used towels on the counters and the toilet was smeared with feces. We had to switch room key cards 3 times since they also were not working correctly. The pool was dirty and there was a construction equipment outside. Front desktaff tried to be helpful, but we're seemingly not very well trained.

I had to make a last minute reservation and had no issues at check-in. Staff was very nice, even opened front door after midnight when we didn’t know where alternative entrances were. Breakfast was very good.’it was a full hot breakfast served buffet style. Well cooked scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereal, cinnamon rolls, bread, bagels, pancake maker. I was impressed with the offerings. I would stay at the hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.

The pool was out of order the entire duration of our stay, and we were not informed before booking, before arrival or upon check in which was highly disappointing. They are currently waiting on a recertification permit to open from the city, we were told when we inquired. There was a bit of a language barrier with evening check-in staff. There was a very tiny sign posted at the front desk that could easily have been missed. In the room, the A/C unit was leaking all over the floor, soaking the carpet. We asked if we could move rooms so they could service it, and were told they were fully booked, and we were given towels to lie on the floor to clean up ourselves instead. The next day, while we were away, we were called and informed they could finally move us rooms but needed to come back to move our belongings or they needed to do so for us before housekeeping left for the day so they could turn over the room which interrupted our plans. Maintenance did fix the A/C line that was disconnected the following day. Rooms/facilities were otherwise clean. Staff were semi-friendly/helpful. The food was pretty good, with a decent variety of options. Not very thrilled with our overall experience, may consider another option next time.
