The staff were v caring and made sure all yr needs were met.The server at the restaurant was v v affectionate and cooked certain food u liked with great affection.The watchman was v attentive and arranged rickshaws made sure we didn't get cheated.I would definitely come back here from Australia for my next stay. Felt v safe being a solo.

Al di sotto della media Problem is that payment for room service.
I ordered the food first night and was asked to pay for it when the food is delivered to my room.
Therefore, I paid for it and I signed the receipt that time.
Then when I checked out the room, the stuff told me to pay the food although I already paid.
He asked me the name of the stuff, but of course I did not know is name. the he showed me the receipt, which was with some body signature but not my signature. I have no idea how come this happens.
Eventually I paid for the food at check out because I needed to go to the airport.
I was really disappointed their behavior and service.

Al di sotto della media Extremely depressing experience. We checked out within a couple of hours. What we didn't know while booking was that the hotel is VERY old and although rooms have been done up in a modern design, there is a general feeling of dullness throughout the hotel. The guy at the reception is nonchalant and doesn't even bother to look up when guests walk in the door, let alone welcome them with a smile. Despite everything, what made us leave was the discovery of ants on the bed. Only the location is good because it is a lively area.
