stayed here because of the low price, the place feels old and dated.The room was basic but manageable for a short stay. One of the biggest downsides was the lack of internet access in the room. I was told that if I needed Wi-Fi, I’d have to either leave the door open or go sit near the lift area, which was inconvenient and not ideal, especially for privacy or getting work. However the location is very central for food and tourist attraction.

The shower and bathroom were fantastic and we had roomserv8ce daily and the staff were lovley. The place is a bit tired, the carpets threadbare and no double glazing so quite noisy. Buy ok for the money

Hotel is comfortable and good value for money. Great location on Penang Rd, very central indeed. Very near to Komtar, Chowrasta market and the local shopping areas. Can shop and shop and go back to hotel to drop the bags, and then continue to shop again. Lots of makan places around the hotel also Best sekali, location is very central.

Great location! Inside the UNESCO heritage zone, lots of local eateries nearby, public transportation and other attractions. Great budget-friendly option in the heart of Penang! The hotel decor is a little dated but overall nice and clean, with comfortable beds.

No kettle ,noisy nightclub nearby and many mosques close by calls to prayers are very loud. The hotel is close to eating places
