Al di sotto della media -drops of water was leaking from the ceiling, yet this is not coming from the aircon. So, do not know what is the source of the drip.
-baby cockroach in room
-cable tv had poor reception
-room was generally depressing and not designed for 'warmth' or comfort
for a similar price per night, you are better off staying at nearby hotels in the same area with better comfort and more facilities. I had stayed at hotels with cheaper rates that did better than Amaris Bandara.

Bene A layover hotel. Sure, there are nicer rooms and better amenities at probably better prices but Amari offers the BEST airport transfer services with a shuttle every 30 min beginning at 3am to midnight. I didn't have a phone and they sent someone with a sign so that I'd know who was my driver for airport pickup. Hotel shower was not great; tiny and lukewarm water. Restaurant partner is typical Indonesian food, so if you don't like it, you won't be happy. Overall satisfied for 1 night but it was a tad pricey for quality. Service was good when requested help for xyz.
