Very nice neighborhood, nice house. Room was fine. Parking on street not my favorite, but was fine. Shared bathroom was a surprise--either I missed that fact, or Expedia wasn't clear. It turned out ok because all of the guests were great. However, the experience could be terrible with bad guests.

Comfortable bed, great sheets and towels. Host greeted us, toured, showed where the coffee pot was. Place is quite large with a guest living room space. TV in bedroom. Just what we needed for this trip

Very clean and beautiful room. Since gone all day couldn't enjoy the beautiful pool. Didn't like sharing a bathroom, however.

We did not expect it to be a room in someone’s house. I thought it would feel intrusive on the stay and the entire experience. It turned to to be the opposite. It was a much needed, nice, peaceful stay that felt just as private as a hotel.

I had a lovely time here. This was my first time, and definitely not my last !! I highly recommend it .
So much better and nicer than staying on a hotel . The neighborhood is gorgeous, dining very close by as well as shopping. Easy access to the freeway- all 10/10 !!

This isn't a hotel experience at all. It's a very nice room with a shared bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the pool, a life saver with the 107 degree temperatures. It just what we were looking for.

I like it overall. Just wished emergency phone worked but granted we arrived 2 hr later than the og deadline at 9pm - but we got super late check out so it was a treat. I amend the og post.
