2nd time staying on this property and this unit was no as nice as the one we got.before. This one was clean but run down. Couch bed was not comfortable at all. No closet door for the washer/dryer, Crack and sagging ceiling in the bedroom. It is a great location, next ro the water, beautiful balcony view of the ocean, walking distance to downtown and next door to a small beach. If you are going to be out and about all day, it is a good place to come back to at Nighy. Just not all units are as nice and you don't get to pick which unit you stay in, It would be nice if you could pick.

The only reason I did not get this resort a five-star is because unfortunately there was a homeless man who set up his tent the day after we arrived on the beach next door (25 feet) . Early in the morning hewould scream and yell obscenities throughout the day very loudly. Finally after the fourth day a surfer asked him loudly, directly and stern politely to get the blank out and move on. We had one night of silence after that and it was beautiful everything that we thought we would get with the condo was what we got it was absolutely beautiful. You get the beach,waves and a lot of surfers to watch from the balcony. Sun was not on the balcony. There is a lot to do around the hotel Hugho:a is a close wonderful beach nar very close. I'm sure if I would have said something to the management on the first day when all of this started they might have done something but it's a tricky situation with homeless in Hawaii.

It is pretty good experience. I would definitely recommend it.

The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. They offered beach chairs and pool noodles for the nice pool. Had the pool to ourselves most times. Loved to be able to walk out and see the sunset every night. The room was nice. Loved having laundry and a full sized fridge. The fridge had some rust and the pull out bed had some kind of sand or something on it, but we just used one of our sheets to cover over it. The staff was very friendly. We loved the location. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town. Overall we had a great experience!

It was nice, but older. Fridge had rust on the side. Couch was worn out. Great view from balcony.

The condo was very nice and clean; with all you needed to enjoy the stay. The only issue we had was that the toilet had a leak at the base and caused the bathroom floor to be wet. We did let the office know but it was not fixed by the time we had to leave. We solved the problem by wrapping a beach towel around the base on the toilet.

Spotless oceanfront property with amazing views. Condo was comfortable with good amenities. Pool and hot tub are maintained well. Everyone is friendly. Walkable to historic village with food and shopping. Easy access to everything!

Great value for the price, would definitely stay again.

Location is great for daily activities. Beach close near by and easy walk to shopping and food. Bed isn’t the best but after a day of fun in the sun it was doable. Will return again!

The unit and pool area were really great- clean, easy to use and the pricing was fair. The biggest problem was the check in process. We never received a code or confirmation email and when we arrived at 5:30pm on a Wednesday there was no information in the parking garage about where to go. We called the 800 number for the unit without a callback and also called expedia for check in help. We were told that we were going to have to wait until the next business day to get the code for check in. We were able to get a hotel room nearby but we are out a lot of money for that hotel room and the night that we paid for and weren't able to use.
