I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. While the property is a bit older, it is well-maintained, and the service truly makes up for any age-related shortcomings. The front desk staff, especially a girl named Shika, were exceptional. Both Shika and another young lady (whose name I regretfully can’t remember) were incredibly pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, and their positive attitude really stood out.
Despite the property's age, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff made it a memorable stay. The front desk team really enhanced the experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay
