We stayed in room 404 and the card reader to get into the room did not work. The staff had to accompany us with room keys to open the door which was an inconvenience.
Hence the overall stay turned out to be poor as we had to wait for the staff.

I did not stay one night at this hotel. It was terrible! There was no front entrance door, the checkin counter was completely exposed to the outside. The room was filthy! Closet wouldn’t close! Bathroom was extremely unclean!
I ended up leaving within one hour of checkin and went to another hotel. Expedia should remove this hotel from its listing. It doesn’t live up to standards at all. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Service was not at all upto standards. I had to wait for more than 3 hours after requesting for a towel at 8 am. I was not able to take a shower till past 11 am.

My five days stay at hotel landmarks residency was comfortable, cleanliness was also at satisfactory level. There was few things which annoys me most important was that request for just 1 hour extension for check out was bluntly denied, and 2nd guest was not allowed to visit only veg restaurants , some flies and insects notice in the room.
