Well maintained property. The rooms over look a lake in a valley. Beautiful mountainside view decorate your windows. Has a lot of activities in the resort- air gun, bow and arrow, snooker, pink ponk, carroms etc.. a party room also is available for singing and dining. bathrooms were comfortable, clean. Every day housekeeping keeps your towels and bed sheets fresh. Rooms had coffee maker, hair dryer, mini fridge, wardrobe closet, soap dispenser etc..
Staffs were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Property is 17 kms before Munnar when you climb from Theni. Access from the main road is short and good. Ample parking space available within the resort.
Food was okay. It has buffet as well as ala carte for break fast, Lunch and dinner. While it was a good spread, the food was not that tasty. It can be better. And the coffee shop is not 24 x 7. A 4 star hotel will need a 24x7 coffee shop.
And there is only one restaurant cuisine. I expected at least 2 for dinner. But this is a minor issue.
Overall, had a very pleasant stay. Will visit again if schedule permits. Certainly recommended.
