Check in and check out good. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Safe and secure location right by castle and close to everything. Only issue was bed was against wall and one of us had to climb over to get in /out. Be sure to check the configuration of the bed if this could be an issue for you. so it's is not Otherwise very comfortable and good stay

Great location! Excellent property with clean rooms and great amenities and staff. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be close to all the things and have a high end hotel experience without breaking the bank.

The location was amazing and most of the staff were friendly. It was very clean but the room setup was awkward. The bed was up against the wall so if the person sleeping on the side next to the wall had to get up prior to the other person they would have to crawl over that person to get out of bed.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, I believe the late checkouts requested caused a delay in our checkin time unfortunately, but staff were nice and offered tea and beverages during the wait. The room was good, think the cleaning staff may have rushed a bit due to the late checkouts, I think I’d rather have waited a bit longer than finding a hair on my bed!

We loved our stay! Our room had the most amazing view of the Edinburgh castle, I would have to say that was a highlight. We enjoyed their continental breakfast. Quality items were available. Definitely the best we’ve had. The location was also great, we walked everywhere, restaurants, and many tourist attractions steps away. The bed was very comfortable as well. The staff were also very helpful with anything we needed.
