Upon check in their systems were down and the internet was out, it happens and the staff handled everything the best that they could under the circumstances. It did make setting up the valet parking system more difficult until I could find a spot that had phone service.
Room was clean and comfortable. It may be nit picky on my part, but when they did upgrades on the bathroom, the shower pan was pretty slick and there was only a bath tub suction mat that covered barely any space. The new sink fixture barely made it into the sink, thus forcing you to splash water over the counter while washing your hands.
Location was great. Easy to get to and from Universal Studios and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
