I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Vincci Bit Barcelona. From the moment I arrived, the reception experience did not feel welcoming, and the staff attitude was poor. When I tried to raise and resolve an issue, I felt ignored and did not feel that there was much willingness to listen or help.
The room itself also did not meet my expectations and felt below the standard I would expect from this type of hotel. The pillows were far too soft and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep.
Overall, the stay was frustrating due to the lack of customer service and the room comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.
