Largely a disappointing stay. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I would choose to stay at a more local boutique hotel in Copenhagen next time. This trip was planned several months out with a family of five and two rooms reserved. Email was sent several months ago asking for rooms to be close together. When we arrived at 2 PM I was told the rooms would be close to each other but we could not check in till 4 PM. At 4 PM they put us in separate rooms on several floors apart. The lady was very nonchalant and told me there was nothing she could do until I raised hell and asked to speak to the manager. They then corrected their mistake.
The elevators are a complete nightmare. You can spend up to 10 to 15 minutes, waiting to go up or down during peak times.
Interior is very well kept and clean with beautiful views. The breakfast itself was very good
Not a horrible hotel, but the only reason I stayed here is because we are Marriott Bonvoy members, but my advice to those going for future trips is to stay at a local boutique hotel because I do not think they really care about their customers at this particular Marriott
