If you need an emergency one nighter, this is prob a quick choice spot. The building is old, and there's practically no service.
Don't think about comfortability, AC, or spacious room. Just a bed with flowery sheets you cannot see if they are clean, a bath tub behind a door with no place to put your bar soap, and shower head that squirts tiny burst of water.
It is conveniently looked, but coming out of mission station is a crowded station for the homeless. Feels safe but definitely not the safest area.
For the price, I guess you get what you pay for but not necessarily cheap either.

My room has a cockroach when I asked to switch the room, the front desk guy was very rude and refused to switch my room. but instead of giving me a good customer service, he told me if I didn’t like it I can leave.

This is a budget hotel. The room was basic but clean. Nice shower. Great location. Very steep stairs. I would stay again if on a budget as good value for money.

It took me a while to figure out the toilet and TV but this place is super convenient to a lot of cool places, so I didn't let it bother me much.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware.
