This is not a 5* resort.
The food is back while good, it lacks imagination and a reflection of the local produce. Minimal fish on the menu !!
The staff were very friendly and helpful but lacked insight to top level service.ie when ordering a coffee by the pool with a sugar no tea spoon. Water glasses were never filled . The ordering system was all over the place, those delivering food, be it breakfast or dinner had no idea to which table, they would wander around trying to work it out !! This is not a hard thing to fix and is mandatory in any restaurant.
The whole resort felt that it lacked good management , little things, clicks not on time digital info boards not working, marks in the ceiling, wall that are easily cleaned.
We enjoyed the stay, our beach pavilion was great . Hope this helps
