Ottimo The motel is exactly what is advertised. A 3 star motel that was very clean with basic amenities. I picked the motel because of location, price and it was a place to rest at night. I didn't want to pay for frills and stuff, and although it was a it 'worn' I didn't mind it.

The room was adequate. The door could be replaced as the opening at the bottom of the door was far to open and there was no screen door. This allowed all sorts of critters to enter the room during my stay. Including a massive huntsman spider that I discovered about 3 am in the morning in the bathroom. I dealt with it but there was no more sleeping that night for me.
On my last night I could hear my upstairs neighbour making noises until after 11.30 pm which annoyed me somewhat as I had to be up at 5.30am to get ready for my journey home. 6 hours sleep wasn't enough and I was grumpy all day.

The room was better than expected. It was clean and was functional. After 10pm rule should be more strictly applied. Two nights two guests had rather loud discussions. The 3rd night, a public holiday 4 guests had too much too drink and were extremely inconsiderate. We will however be back.

Air con was not working, ceiling fan was either too slow or really fast and noisy, made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep
