Fantastico Spacious accommodation, gas fire lovely on chilly winter nights.
Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook, no oven but had elements and microwave. Coffee plunger, ice bucket were a nice touch.
Clear instructions on how to operate TV, spa, fire.

Ottimo Nice room and comfy bed. Fireplace great during winter (major attraction for my booking) and good size spa with surround sound to watch TV was excellent (wasn’t initially what I was after but turned out to be great).
But tight road to get into if you have a large vehicle, rooms aren’t serviced daily until 5th day of stay (would’ve at least been nice to get more coffee each day), sink drained very very slowly, very little bench space beside sink, kitchen cupboard door slightly unhinged meaning always needing to open both doors just to access cutlery draw which was behind one if the doors, two small fridges instead of one larger one (was ok but forget about stocking up too much for an extra long weekend).
But nice stay and I’m glad I stayed although wasn’t a bargain price.

The property is fine but not five star in the traditional sense. Never saw a staff member as it was all remote check in etc. Having an open plan bathroom never makes sense to me. No privacy, even if you’re long married couple you do not want to hear and smell every trip to the toilet.
