While an accessible ramp is available for luggage, it was obstructed by a door, which could be addressed to improve ease of access.

Enhancing the overall upkeep of all items, from utilities to cutlery and plates, would significantly elevate the hotel experience. Despite these issues, the staff demonstrated friendliness and accommodation to the best of their ability. The hotel's location in Casablanca, in close proximity to the mosque, is highly convenient.
