Great location. Only negative is that Hotels.com advertises parking, but we I phoned there is no parking. Other than that a comfortable stay.

This hotel is ok but the photos don’t reflect the hotel. It’s really a budget style hotel very basic rooms no breakfast. It was also stifling hot with no air conditioning and the fan in my room wouldn’t switch on.

Excellent location with easy access to the tube and Hyde Park. Room was fantastic and even without air con, came equipped with a large dyson air fan to keep cool. High recommend and great service.

Super beliggenhed, meget central i forhold til undergrunden og seværdigheder.
Lejlighed placeret i kælderniveau og uden aircondition var rigtig uheldigt. Det var 30 grader udenfor. Vi kunne ikke lufte ordentlig ud og der var konstant tung luft i hele lejligheden.
Opvaskemaskinen virkede desværre ikke.
Ellers et fint hotel, og en ellers rigtig pæn og flot rengjort lejlighed.
Venligt personale.
Tænker at de lejligheder, som ikke ligger i kælderniveau er væsentligt bedre.

Great property in a terrific location. We had a duplex unit which was great except NO AC. If this was winter it would be a 5-star review. Unbearably hot in June heat wave.

The room was very clean and spacious. There was a Kitchenette, but we didn't use it.
The one downside to this hotel is that they do not have air conditioning. We were there early June and it was too warm in the original room they booked us in to even consider staying there. They did happen to have one room available with a portable air conditioning unit, which they kindly moved us to. So, we ended up staying, but the hallways and rest of the hotel were very warm. I cannot imagine staying there during the heat wave they are currently having... They really need to get portable air conditioning units for the entire hotel, as global warming will really be hurting their business during the summer months.

Wonderful one bedroom apartment. Clean and cozy. The overall atmosphere of the property was cozy and inviting.
Plus many choices for food just around the corner. And a hop skip and jump to Paddington station.
