Tokyo was around 100°F, and the hotel room was quite warm! There was no way to turn the A/C coold. The hotel has a centralized air conditioning system. The lobby and all other hotel areas were also hot. The staff was unhelpful, and we couldn't speak to a supervisor or manager because he was off for a few days. The hotel's restaurant was also disappointing. However, the hotel is well-located, very close to the metro, and within walking distance to the Ginza neighborhood. Overall, quite disappointed with a 4-star hotel.
