Fantastico Excellent location, single room on the 5th floor requires climbing a ladder for bathroom access, staff members were friendly and helpful

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated that my room was ready before check-in since I arrived early in the morning.
The room was clean, well-organized, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the coffee and the items in the fridge.
Even though I only stayed for two nights, I truly enjoyed my time. The location is amazing—so close to everything!
Check-out was quick and easy, which made the whole experience even better.
I would definitely love to come back, this time with my family :)
