Great place to stay with the small kitchen. Late checkin was amazing. Close to everything (food, shops, etc.)

Clean and well-maintained property in excellent location between Unter den Linden and Gendarmenmarkt. Mini-kitchen with utensils, refrigerator and microwave is convenient for breakfast and quick meals, and washer and dryer is available for washing clothes during extended stay. The main problem is lack of air conditioning during hot weather, when the in-room fan is inadequate for comfort.

Great room and excellent location. The washer and dryer on our floor were very convenient and much appreciated. However, we visited during a very hot weekend, and the lack of air conditioning made things uncomfortable. Opening the windows helped, but the nightlife noise from below continued until about 3 AM each night, making sleep difficult.

Fantastic staff at the front desk, were able to check us in even though we arrived really early, and let us keep our bags while we explored the city in the morning, a d emailed me once the room was ready.
Location is great, and the room was very clean!

FantasticoSoggiorno in famiglia · Per amici e famiglia
The Clipper Boardinghouse made for an exceptional stay; large room with seperate kitchenette for coffee, microwave, and fridge, with excellent German china, plus a terrific bathroom with shower and heated floor. We really enjoyed our 6 day stay there and would come back. Only "blemish" is that they cleaned the room and replaced towels once during our time, not an everyday function.
We highly recommend the Clipper Boardinghouse!
