Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Sapphire Hotel und bin vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und sind mir in jeder Situation entgegengekommen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön noch einmal dafür, dass man mir extra früher das Frühstück zubereitet hat, als ich an einem Tag zeitig los musste – das ist absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Auch die Lage ist top. Man muss zwar von der Hauptstraße aus ein paar Meter laufen, da das Hotel in einer engen Seitenstraße liegt, aber das ist absolut in Ordnung und sorgt dafür, dass es im Hotel angenehm ruhig ist. Ich habe in keinem anderen Hotel in ganz Vietnam so gut geschlafen wie in diesem Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die große Auswahl an Streetfood in der Straße des Hotels, ich war echt sehr begeistert. Sicherlich könnte es an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch einen Tick sauberer sein, aber für den unschlagbaren Preis ist das absolut akzeptabel. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Eine klare Empfehlung für jeden Hué-Besucher!

I understand that things happen and there are extenuating circumstances, but this felt like a bait and switch, book me into a nicer hotel, then not have rooms in that hotel and place me in a worse one for same price. I can’t speak to the Sapphire Hotel itself, as I never saw a room, but can speak to my experience. When I arrived, after dark after traveling for the day, I was told I’d be staying across the way at her ‘mother’s house’ (eventually realized she meant hotel). I was open minded and went to look. Room was not the quality I thought I had booked, but looked quickly at expedia/hotels.com/hostelworld and were no other real options. Didn’t seem like air conditioner was working, so I sent a whatsapp message. When I went downstairs someone was there to show me that the breaker had to be turned on. Satisfied it would be fine, I went out to dinner. When she responded to the whatsapp I told her it was figured out. After I got back to room, I learned the a/c only worked for a few minutes, then needed to be manually reset. Not long enough to cool down the room, and didn’t want to open windows to let even more bugs in than were already flying around. When I mentioned this morning about the a/c not working, she said I told her on whatsapp it was fine. The Rice Hotel they put me in was not even listed on Expedia or Hotels.com, which spoke to the quality to me. The Rice room has dirty sheets when I pulled back the top sheet, so switched to other bed, also dirty.

Perfecta la predisposición del personal. Todo fue súper bien. Muy recomendable. Si algo negativo queréis escuchar es que simplemte se encuentra Situado en callejón algo difícil de encontrar.

Déçu par l ensemble.la responsable vous fait un sourire à l arrivé pour vous vendre des excursions et plus rien jusqu’au départ pour vous demander une bonne note. Le breakfast nul .lés chambres sentent le renfermé et du moisi sur les murs .Pour résumé je ne le conseil pas .

Really friendly and helpful staff, lovely room at the centre of lots of restaurants, bars, near the river and close to other attractions. Would definitely recommend!
