Description of the hotel is not accurate. Only 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Aditional broken convertible chair into a twin size. Not enough linens and towels. Very difficult check in process

Stayed in a duplex two-bedroom apartment for two nights in June. I didn’t know a code was sent to me via email a few days before the trip. It ended up in my junk mail. This code was necessary to enter the lobby. So remember to check your mailbox and junk mails before that. Once in the lobby, the city tax payment and check in was contactless over a touch screen machine. The process was quite seamless.
Thankfully, there was a working elevator in the building. The apartment was huge and could fit 4 adults and 2 children. The beds were clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised they would clean the apartment daily as I read they would only do so for stays beyond 3 nights.
Some negative aspects: the knives given were blunt and could not cut through fruits. Water temperature at the sink and shower could also be very extreme (could suddenly turn very cold or hot)
Location wise: it’s within walking distance to Sao Sebastian and Parque metro stations, as well as nice eateries and a Pingo Doce supermarket.
Overall a good stay and wouldn’t mind booking again if I’m back in Lisbon.

Property was a bit snug and it was a distance from anything lively. Having said that, it was a quiet night's sleep. Felt like a safe place to be, support staff was terrific. Bring groceries if you're there for a few days, the small market across the road is specialty and somewhat expensive.

¡Una estancia increíble! El hospedaje está impecable, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades que uno podría necesitar. Los anfitriones fueron súper atentos y amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con recomendaciones locales. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, y sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí. ¡Muy recomendado para cualquiera que visite la zona!

Muy buena ubicación con muchas opciones de restaurantes. Transporte público muy cercano y fácil de llegar.
La zona es muy bonita y segura.
Lo que no nos gustó es que nuestro vuelo llegó muy temprano y la única opcion que se nos ofreció fueron unos lockers en otro edificio que no estaba tan cerca. Tuvimos que dejar nuestro equipaje en el aeropuerto. No es buena idea quedarse aquí si tienen coche porque el estacionamiento en la calle está muy dificil.
La televisión no funcionaba.
