The experience was okay. AC unit was kinda loud. Shower water pressure was weak. Needed to make reservation for house keeping. No fruit or yogurt provided at breakfast.

Had a great trip! Front desk staff was very accommodating when I had to leave my bags before checking in and after checking out. Had issues connecting to the wifi, but it got resolved very quickly with help from the 24/7 tech support.

A front desk clerk, male, Eastern European accent was terrible, inconsiderate and extremely rude. With a week’s accomodation paid in full, and a 3am check in he would not accept a credit card belonging to my husband who travelled with me to be used as a hold for incidentals because the room was not in his name. Nor could he change the reservation to his name. Instead he then insisted on us going to look for an atm in order to deposit cash instead, in a place we were visiting for the first time. He is racist too and made remarks towards that. I most definitely would never stay there again under any circumstances.

Easy check in and out process. Large room and bathrooms. Mini fridge which is always a highly desirable amenity in my opinion. Staff was informative and helpful. Centrally located. Cheap on site parking was a bonus too!
