The room was clean and the service was good. However, I can only rate my overall experience a 3 out of 10 due to two major issues.
First, when I checked in at 4 PM, the front desk informed me that no double rooms were available, even though the official check-in time is 2 PM. This delay is unacceptable.
Second, the swimming pool had three or four children receiving swimming lessons from a coach. It was clear they were not hotel guests and had no affiliation with the hotel. This reflects poor management and lack of proper facility oversight.
